Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Room Attendant in Montgomery, TX, to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. As a part-time role, responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, replenishing supplies, and ensuring safety with approved chemicals.

Lifting up to 25 lbs is required, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; strong attention to detail and time

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or room cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and hotel cleaning standards.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness levels in all areas.
• Good time management to complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and other areas per standards.
• Vacuum carpets, clean upholstery, and draperies with approved equipment.
• Empty trash and transport to disposal areas.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and room amenities.
• Keep carts and storage areas stocked, clean, and organized.
• Follow hotel-approved cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
• Sort and store clean linens in designated areas.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as needed.
• Disinfect equipment and surfaces with germicides.
• Report any found items or damages to supervisors.
• Maintain ability to clean a designated number of guest rooms daily.
