Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and hotel cleaning standards.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness levels.

• Good communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other areas per hotel standards.
• Vacuum carpets, clean upholstery, and draperies with approved equipment.
• Empty trash and transport to disposal areas.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities.
• Keep carts and storage areas stocked, clean, and organized.
• Use hotel-approved cleaning chemicals and follow safety protocols.
• Sort and organize clean linens and store properly.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; wax/polish as needed.
• Disinfect equipment and surfaces with germicides.
• Report damages or found items to supervisors.
• Maintain the ability to clean a target number of rooms per day.
