Fairfield Dayton North is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. The role involves cleaning, reporting issues, and assisting teammates, with safety and privacy as top priorities.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and reset guest rooms and bathrooms per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways and public areas.
• Assist other housekeeping staff as needed.
• Spot carpet during room cleaning as part of program.
• Report maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and linen storage.
• Document tasks on room assignment sheet.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Enter guest rooms following privacy and security procedures.
• Greet guests and offer friendly assistance.
• Follow safety policies for keys and lost and found.
• Know emergency procedures and bloodborne pathogen protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
