Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Boone NC is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and respond to guest requests with high hospitality standards. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness in rooms and public areas, while demonstrating reliability and a customer‑first mindset.

The position offers flexible shifts with compensation based on availability, including weekend work; employees may receive tips and access to Hilton benefits after eligibility. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 16 years or older required.
• Mobility and ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Energetic, able to multi-task and maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish linens, towels and amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Perform guest stayover service as needed.
