Job summary

Royal Palms Resort and Spa seeks a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms across a large property. The role requires physical stamina to push/pull carts and the ability to communicate with guests in a friendly manner.

Open availability is needed for a flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends and holidays, on a picturesque resort campus. Training and growth opportunities are offered within Hyatt’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Ability to light, push and pull a moderate amount of weight.
• Must be able to work in an outdoor environment as our hotel is spread out throughout the property and housekeeping carts will need to be pushed outdoors between the casitas.
• Good customer service skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms assigned.
