Home2 Silver Spring is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant for a full-time, on-site role in Silver Spring, MD. You will maintain guest rooms to hotel standards, restock supplies, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

The position requires at least one month of related housekeeping experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work with a diverse team under varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, polish and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
• Restock guest room supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee).
• Organize linen closet, restock cart, and prepare for the next shift.
• Greet guests encountered during shifts with a friendly smile.
