Job summary

Opal Hotels Group is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and suites fresh and welcoming. You will perform routine cleaning of guestrooms, public areas, back of house and laundry operations in line with Opal’s standards.

The role requires 1 year of hospitality experience, a minimum high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will maintain a clean uniform and uphold safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must wear appropriate uniform as prescribed by Opal’s policy.
• Must maintain personal cleanliness.
• Strength – with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and/or pushing/pulling heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas according to Opal’s training and standards.
• Replenish guest room supplies and amenities in cleaned rooms.
• Deep clean guest rooms and/or public areas as assigned.
• Assist with other duties as needed and coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
