Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and stock guest rooms to meet hotel standards. You will notify supervisors on completion, maintain sanitation and safety, and respond promptly to guest needs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires the ability to follow directions, demonstrate hospitality, and physically handle cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items. Training and team meetings are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal directions and organize the work day.
• Must express hospitality to guests and colleagues.
• Ability to move and lift items up to 25 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms timely and per hotel standards.
• Notify supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold.
• Report rooms unable to be serviced timely.
• Report needs repairs, non-functioning or missing equipment or room items to supervisor.
• Maintain linen carts and supplies neatly and report needs before shortages.
• Maintain security of equipment and keys.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.
• Follow safety procedures and MSDS guidelines.
• Present a professional image through appearance and behavior.
• Participate in hotel meetings and trainings.
• Protect assets of the HCCTR
