Job summary

Olshan Properties is seeking a Room Attendant for Canopy Boston Downtown. This hands-on role cleans and prepares guest rooms and public areas, restocks supplies, and reports safety concerns to maintain Canopy Boston Downtown and Hilton standards.

You will work on busy shifts in a hotel environment, demonstrating attention to detail, dependability, and respect for guest privacy, with training provided to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year or more of housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Any license, permit, training, or certification required by law must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, public areas, and hallways to established standards.
• Retrieve supplies and stock carts, closets, and storerooms.
• Replace towels, soaps, and guest amenities and restock supplies daily.
• Inspect door and window locks and report safety concerns promptly.
• Complete assigned room-cleaning documentation and shift tasks on time.
• Support public-area cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
