Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms and bathrooms including trash, linens, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and furniture alignment.
• Replace damaged linens and ensure clean bed arrangements.
• Disinfect bathrooms and replenish supplies and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up for correction.
• Ensure adherence to brand room setup and VIP standards.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and escalate when needed.
