Job summary

Residence Inn Cherry Hill seeks a Room Attendant to keep guestrooms spotless and welcoming, ensuring efficient service for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare pre-cleaning duties and stock supplies.
• Remove trash and dirty linen; maintain cleanliness of hallways and public areas.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day’s use; replenish chemicals.
• Report missing items and any maintenance issues to supervising staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.
