Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or related industry is required.
• Housekeeping experience is preferred.
• OSHA safety training within first 30 days of employment is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 100+ pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned rooms per standards and inspect surfaces for cleanliness.
• Replace amenities and linens according to Loews standards.
• Operate housekeeping carts and organize supplies efficiently.
• Access guest room assignments via smartphone and report any issues.
• Follow department safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
