Job summary

Hotel Lucine is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms that reflect our welcoming guest experience. You will clean and sanitize rooms daily, restock amenities, and support housekeeping operations to uphold brand standards.

Experience in housekeeping is preferred; on-the-job training is provided. You will work with a team to greet guests, handle requests, and ensure safety and cleanliness across all areas, with wage structure including tips.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred; on-the-job training is provided.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push/pull heavy carts up to 50 lbs, and lift 25–30 lbs.
• Eye for cleanliness, order, and subtle details that elevate the guest experience.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and complete assigned room counts within shift hours.
• Basic verbal communication skills in English; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms daily according to brand standards.
• Deep clean bathrooms, replenish amenities and supplies.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and manage waste properly.
• Ensure room amenities are stocked and neat (coffee/tea, mini-bar, directories).
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering/Maintenance promptly.
• Greet guests warmly in hallways and public areas; address requests or redirect as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling guidelines (OSHA/SDS).
• Maintain housekeeping carts and assist with laundry or public-space cleaning as needed.
