Job summary

The Courtyard Chesterfield is seeking an experienced Full Time Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms to ensure a spotless, guest-ready environment at 17369 Chesterfield Airport Road, Chesterfield, MO. You will perform housekeeping duties, respond to guest requests, and help maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Ideal candidates are able to work as part of a team, follow established procedures, and assist with occasional deep cleaning or turndown duties as needed.

• Must wear safety equipment and follow chemical handling rules.
• Responds to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms according to standards; make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms.
• Notify supervisor when service is complete so rooms can be sold or occupied; report rooms unable to be serviced.
• Report unsafe conditions or needed repairs to supervisor.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and occasional turndown duties.
• Work as part of a team and coordinate with other departments.
