Qualifications

• Ability to bend, reach, and dust, clean and make beds and bathrooms.
• Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods.
• Talk to many different kinds of people to give information and provide required services.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and guest belongings left behind.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and ensure amenities are stocked for each cleaned room.
• Observe knocking procedures upon entering a guest room and secure doors after exit.
• Maintain corridors and service areas neat at all times and report damages or hazards.
• Turn in lost and found items and keys; follow safety and security procedures.
• Assist other housekeeping personnel as needed and perform related duties as requested.
