LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeper/Room Attendant for Staybridge Suites Charlottesville Airport. You will help ensure guest rooms are clean, welcoming, and comfortable, supporting a great guest experience. Training and development opportunities accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow safety and emergency procedures.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and return rooms to ready status, including fixtures and surfaces.
• Replenish supplies in guest rooms.
• Tidy rooms as required and maintain cart organization.
• Change blankets and mattress pads every 60 days or per standard.
• Complete daily room projects (thresholds, patios).
• Assist in carpet care and spot-cleaning during room cleaning.
• Report discrepancies to Engineering via Front Desk log.
• Assist in maintaining other hotel areas in clean condition.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain high standards as per Self-Inspection.
