Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Exceed Cleaning Standards: Perform routine guest room preps and cleanings while meeting labor standards per room and maintaining public areas.
• Guest Relations: Offer hotel amenities, products, and services to accommodate guest needs and increase revenues.
• Teamwork: Assist with laundry duties as needed; communicate maintenance work orders to maintenance/management.
• Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest and property security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
