This role supports the brand’s People People culture by ensuring rooms are spotless and guest-ready, while collaborating with housekeeping leadership and other departments in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Ideal candidates bring experience in housekeeping or guest services, strong eye for detail, and a proactive, reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, cleaning, janitorial, or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned hotel areas according to brand standards.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies to keep rooms refreshed and guest-ready.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance needs during shifts.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and workspaces in an organized state.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly and accurately.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and housekeeping service needs throughout the day.
