Job summary

Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas is hiring a Room Attendant to clean and stock guest rooms, and maintain public areas to a high standard. You will respond to guest queries, replenish supplies, and ensure rooms are serviced efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma and may involve physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies; prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. This is an on-site full-time position with employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical activities including standing for long periods, lifting and carrying items.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Make beds in guest rooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other areas as assigned.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and polish fixtures.
• Report maintenance issues and update room status on assignment sheet.
