Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Physical stamina for lifting and standing for long periods.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.
• Replace linens and towels, make beds, and restock supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, clean windows, and maintain sanitary surfaces.
• Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and dispose properly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Follow health and safety regulations and infection control policies.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
• Ensure daily room quotas are completed efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in good condition.
