Commonwealth-Lodging-Management-LL in Virginia invites you to join our hospitality team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant. You will clean guest rooms to brand standards, make beds, replenish amenities, and help ensure a spotless, welcoming stay for every guest.

We value detail, reliability, and teamwork. The role involves carts upkeep, reporting maintenance needs, and delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment; previous hotel housekeeping is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and equipment use.
• Understanding of safe chemical handling procedures.

Responsabilités

• Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation: Clean guest rooms according to hotel cleanliness and brand standards; make beds and replace linens daily; vacuum carpets and clean windows; dust furniture, fixtures, and room surfaces; replenish guest room and bathroom amenities; clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Hotel Appearance & Maintenance: Keep housekeeping carts clean, stocked, and organized; stock linen rooms and housekeeping supplies; report maintenance issues promptly; complete daily assignment sheets and housekeeping reports; maintain cleanliness in hallways, elevators, pool areas, and common spaces.
• Guest Service Excellence: Provide friendly and professional service to all guests; maintain guest confidentiality; respond to guest requests promptly and courteously; assist coworkers and guests as needed.
