Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of housekeeping or guest room experience.
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms efficiently while meeting brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and clean bathrooms.
• Replenish toiletries, towels, coffee, and amenities.
• Prioritize tasks based on check-in/check-out and operations.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain stocked supplies and clean work areas.
