Pyramid Global Hospitality, Bend, Oregon, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at our reimagined 221-room Bend property. You will play a key role in delivering guest rooms that reflect our standards of cleanliness and comfort, with a focus on attentiveness and guest satisfaction.

As a member of the housekeeping team, you’ll work closely with colleagues to maintain a welcoming environment, handle linens and supplies, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is desirable.
• A neat, pleasant personality helps guest interactions.
• Strong time management skills are required.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Good communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to read room numbers and basic instructions.
• Physical capability to lift/move loads and operate cleaning tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure a positive stay.
• Collaborate with team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Keep work cart orderly and stocked.
• Proper use of supplies and guest amenities.
• Ensure thorough cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Daily linen/towel changes and inspections per standards.
• Report safety hazards and protect guest property.
• Assist with other duties as needed by supervisor.
