Job summary

Hireology, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain clean, sanitary, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You will meet hotel cleanliness standards while delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, changing linens, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. Requires physical stamina and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks during shift.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to company standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and linens.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and damaged property to supervisors.
• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to company safety, sanitation, and security policies.
