Job summary

Valencia Hotel Group is seeking a hotel environmental services associate to clean and service all occupied or vacant rooms in line with hotel standards. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the property.

Responsibilities include restocking rooms, setting up VIP spaces, attending meetings, and reporting any unsafe conditions. The position requires ability to work with multiple computer programs and maintain a courteous, efficient demeanor

Qualifications

• Hotel operations or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Attention to detail and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms per standards.
• Set up VIP rooms as assigned.
• Attend required meetings and maintain clean work areas.
• Be courteous to guests and team members at all times.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working condition.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor.
