Driftwood Hospitality Management’s housekeeping team is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest room areas to meet company standards. The role operates in a 24/7 hotel environment with varying shifts, requiring reliability and attention to detail.

You will stock supplies, observe entering protocols, clean rooms, complete checklists, report damages, secure doors, and assist teammates while following safety procedures.

Qualificações

• Bend and reach to dust, clean and make beds and bathroom.
• Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods.
• Talk to many different kinds of people to give information, answer questions and provide required services.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and guest belongings that have been left behind.
• Use written communication skills to mark completed rooms on daily paperwork.
• Move fingers, arms and hands quickly and easily to perform cleaning duties.

Responsabilidades

• Stock housekeeping supplies to ensure cleaning needs and amenities are available.
• Observe knocking procedures before entering rooms.
• Clean the guest rooms assigned and stock amenities.
• Complete housekeeping checklist.
• Report damages or hazards in guest rooms.
• Secure guest room doors upon exiting the room.
• Keep corridors and service areas neat at all times.
• Turn in lost and found items and keys.
• Follow safety and security procedures and rules.
• Assist other housekeeping personnel when needed.
