Qualifications

• Ability to clean and maintain guest rooms according to procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping supplies to ensure cleaning needs and amenities are available for each room.
• Observe proper knocking procedures before entering rooms.
• Clean guest rooms and ensure amenities are stocked; complete the housekeeping checklist.
• Mark rooms as cleaned for supervisor inspection.
• Report damages or hazards in guest rooms and maintain safety standards.
• Secure room doors after exiting and keep corridors tidy at all times.
• Return lost items and guest room keys; follow all safety and security rules.
• Assist other housekeeping staff as needed.
