Job summary

Seaport Hotel is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver rooms meeting brand standards for time, product, and placement, supporting sales by readying rooms for resale to newly arriving guests. You will clean guest rooms and public areas to established standards, maintain supplies, and respond quickly to guest needs.

Shifts include morning and afternoon/evening; the hotel operates 24/7 and supports work-life balance. Fluency in English is strongly preferred, and hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Fluency in English preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to brand standards.
• Meet a daily quota of approximately 15 rooms cleaned.
• Transport linen from laundry to storage and carts.
• Restock supplies and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and handle special cleaning requests.
