Qualifications

• Ability to bend and reach to dust, make beds, and clean bathrooms.
• Endurance to stand and walk for long periods.
• Effective verbal communication to provide information and service.

Responsibilities

• Stocks housekeeping supplies and amenities for each room.
• Observe proper knocking procedures before entering guest rooms.
• Clean assigned guest rooms and complete cleaning checklists.
• Mark rooms clean for supervisor inspection and report damages.
• Secure doors and maintain neat corridors and service areas.
• Turn in lost and found items and keys; follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and safety rules; report unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Assist other housekeeping staff as needed.
