Job summary

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, changing linens, restocking supplies, assisting with laundry, and supporting deep cleaning efforts.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must follow instructions and maintain cleaning standards
• Communicate professionally and work well under pressure
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Comfortable working weekends and holidays when required
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift or carry housekeeping supplies

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Change linens, restock room supplies, and maintain housekeeping carts.
• Complete assigned rooms and cleaning checklists accurately and on time.
• Assist with laundry, deep cleaning, and additional housekeeping projects.
• Greet guests politely and respond to their needs professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and follow hotel standards.
