Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift and carry supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels, toiletries, and other room supplies.
• Ensure guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary cleaning supplies and tools.
• Assist with laundry, linen handling, deep cleaning, and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel.
• Respond to guest requests politely and provide friendly customer service.
• Follow cleaning checklists and complete assigned rooms within the expected time.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team and supervisors to maintain hotel standards.
