A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Position Summary
The Guest Room Attendant, under the supervision of the Hotel Housekeeping Floor Supervisor and Inspector/Guest Room Attendant, performs cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of rooms, open areas, and corridors within the hotel. The role involves servicing over 17 rooms per shift and providing attentive, courteous, and professional customer service to exceed guest expectations.

Physical Requirements
This position is medium weight, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds. It involves constant standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, reaching, manual handling, and frequent carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling. The role requires good vision, color perception, and occasionally climbing. Conditions include exposure to air quality, humidity, noise, and chemicals, with potential hazards such as electrical shocks, infectious materials, and moving mechanical parts.
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in room cleaning preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and chemicals preferred. Effective communication skills, basic math, ability to follow instructions, work under stress, and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Native American preference.
