A leading hotel group is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to ensure outstanding service by cleaning guest rooms and responding to requests. Our Residence Inn is located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento, surrounded by parks, shopping, and excellent dining options. We offer free downtown parking for our team members and are within walking distance to light rail and just a block from the RT bus stops.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Room Attendant, your responsibility is to clean guest rooms and respond to guest requests, ensuring outstanding service and supporting the hotel's profitability.
You will perform tasks such as cleaning guest rooms and public areas, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing linens and amenities, deep cleaning, stocking supplies, and disposing of trash. You will also respond to guest requests promptly and perform turn-down services as needed.

To ensure a positive guest and staff experience, you should consistently exceed standards in work procedures, grooming, punctuality, and guest interactions. Adaptability, willingness to learn, problem-solving, and seeking help when needed are essential qualities.
