Job summary

Lodge of Four Seasons in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our TEAM and uphold a spotless, welcoming guest environment. You will clean and arrange guest rooms, handle linens, and support the overall cleanliness that defines our guest experience. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Prior hotel housekeeping is helpful but we provide thorough training. The role includes a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent English communication skills; reading/writing/speaking fluently.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
• Prior hotel experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest rooms to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Wash dirty bedding, clothing, and linen.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply inventory.
• Dust furniture and fixtures; polish as needed.
• Scrub and sanitize showers, tubs, toilets, counters, and sinks.
• Vacuum carpets, doormats, and rugs.
• Report breakages or safety issues for repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and arranging guest rooms
• Washing dirty bedding, clothing, and linen
• Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
• Dusting furniture or fixtures and polishing them
• Scrubbing and sanitizing showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, doormats, and rugs
• Reporting breakages, damages, and safety issues for repairs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hotel setting or in a similar role is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!

• Ability to lift, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation

$16.00 per hour
