• Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and storage areas as directed.
• Maintain and clean all equipment used during shifts.
• Document duties performed during shifts.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Follow all security measures.
• Greet guests courteously and assist with issues within authority.
• Perform duties quietly and orderly.
• Assist with department projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in all company matters.
