Job Description

Service vacant or occupied guest rooms in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms according to SOPs.
  2. Complete daily task sheet assignments.
  3. Service Select Guest and VIP rooms to SOPs.
  4. Monitor and report DND rooms.
  5. Report and return Lost & Found items.
  6. Maintain and protect equipment.
  7. Keep GRA's truck clean and stocked with linen and guest supplies.
  8. Remove room service tables and trays from guest rooms.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and organization in linen closets.
  10. Report changes in room status.
  11. Communicate effectively with supervisors and housekeeping office.
  12. Report and monitor maintenance issues.
  13. Participate in team-building activities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel preferred, high volume experience beneficial.
  • Ability to maintain a 4-Diamond level of service.
  • Ability to work on special projects with management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
