Job summary

TownePlace Suites Fort Myers-Estero, part of Essex Hotel Management, is seeking a DRIVEN Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting, supporting high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

Key duties include changing linens, making beds, restocking supplies, vacuuming, reporting maintenance issues, and responding to guest requests with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
