The 33 Hotel NYC has an immediate opening for an experienced, energetic, and customer service-oriented Guest Room Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will you be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding service and support hotel profitability. Your specific tasks include:

1. Cleaning guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
2. Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
3. Performing deep cleaning tasks when required.
4. Stocking, maintaining, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily.
5. Disposing of trash and recyclables.
6. Responding promptly, friendly, and efficiently to guest requests.
7. Performing guest turn-down service as needed.

What is required?

• One year of experience as a Guest Room Attendant.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and lift.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

For NYC applicants, the anticipated pay range is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other factors. Salary ranges may vary for positions outside NYC.
