Hampton Inn Bakersfield is seeking a dependable Guest Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You’ll stay active, take pride in your work, and deliver excellent service.

This part-time role offers opportunities for training and cross-training within the hospitality industry. You’ll join a supportive team and help create memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience required.
• Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance with the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to company and brand standards.
• Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies.
• Clean and maintain public areas and hotel facilities.
• Perform deep cleaning assignments as scheduled.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost & found items.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently while following company procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests and team members.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned.
