Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Guest Services Coordinator to assist patients and families, escorting visitors and providing exemplary customer service within the healthcare setting.
Responsibilities include data collection, documentation, and coordinating with leadership to improve service delivery. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and may include American Sign Language skills. 40 hours per week with benefits.

M-F, anytime between the hours of 6am - 6pm
$18.85 - $28.30
Requires walking, sitting, lifting and reaching. May come in contact with patients, families and their personal belongings including those contaminated with infectious and blood-borne pathogens. Must lift a minimum of 50 lbs. for moving and lifting patients in/out of wheelchairs. Must be able to be mobile within the entire healthcare provider system.
High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in healthcare and/or customer service preferred. American Sign Language skills preferred.
