Job summary

Jordan Ford in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Service/Guest Relations representative to generate service appointments and deliver a premium customer experience by handling internet inquiries, using CRM tools, and managing lead flow.

You will respond to inquiries, enter data into CRM, coordinate service scheduling, and help with reports while maintaining ethical customer service and teamwork.

Job Description

The Service/Guest Relations isresponsible for generating serviceappointments with customers that contactthe dealership via the internet for service of new and/or pre-owned vehicles. They delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Additional Information

Compensation: $18.00-22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Friday/Saturday availability required
• Sundays off
