Job summary

Saint Joseph Hospital - Elgin is seeking a Guest Relations professional to perform administrative duties within the Security Department. You will greet staff and visitors with professionalism and kindness while supporting performance improvement activities and adhering to organizational policies and behavior standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, healthcare customer service experience preferred, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and extreme attention to detail.

Pay Transparency

Saint Joseph Hospital - Elgin offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $19.20. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
