Job summary

Scholar Hotels is seeking a Refreshment Break Attendant to ensure setup, service and breakdown of morning and afternoon breaks, with high standards. You will prepare, replenish and transport beverages and food, while delivering guest service in line with Scholar Hotel standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with events, knowledge of menu items, and collaborating with Catering, Sales, Culinary and RBS teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Prior hospitality, banquet, or food service experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food for coffee breaks and continental breakfasts.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas in accordance with safe food service practices.
• Complete all side-work and cleaning duties as described in SOPs.
• Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, supplies and organization of all RBS areas.
• Inspects function areas and corrects issues immediately.
• Maintains good working relations with Catering, Sales, Culinary and other RBS Team Members.
