Drury Hotels is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time housekeepers in Charlotte, NC. You will help keep guest rooms clean, respond to guest requests, and contribute to a warm, family-like hotel environment.

Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure experiences are exceptional and positive for guests and team members.
• Perform hotel cleaning duties to keep rooms clean per standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
• Provide friendly, courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
