Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cleaning appliances and proper use of cleaning agents.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a current certificate from a national certification program (OSHA/CMI).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to maintain proof of auto insurance as required by company policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and organize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops.
• Vacuum floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes in living areas and rooms.
• Clean up spills and stains with appropriate equipment and products.
• Collect and dispose of trash/recycling on premises.
• Wipe, disinfect, and dust all surfaces and mirrors.
