Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant for US Concerts. You will park vehicles, issue tickets, and collect parking fees, guiding guests safely to spaces and assisting with entry and exit.

Qualifications

• One-year guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with professional, clear and concise style.
• Position requires constant walking and occasional sitting.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Take numbered tags from guests, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles, or provide guests with instructions for locating vehicles.
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
• Direct motorists to parking areas or spaces using hand signals or flashlights.
• Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and theft.
• Greet guests and open their car doors.
• Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests.
• Issue ticket stubs or place numbered tags on windshields and give guests matching tags.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
• Inspect vehicles to detect any damage.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program.
• Partner with fellow band members at show end to close the venue and handle recyclables.
