Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Server who will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.

You will understand our Guest-Obsessed culture, answer menu- and service-related questions, check in with guests to anticipate needs, and handle complaints with managerial support to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

• Answer menu- and service-related questions accurately.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively anticipate needs.
• Address guest complaints by listening and escalating to a manager when needed.

Responsibilities
