Job summary

Klaw Miami is seeking a Server to provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. You will explain menu items, make recommendations, and handle orders, payments, and deliveries with attentiveness and accuracy.

Candidates should be energetic, motivated, and able to learn our menu and beverage offerings, while maintaining high standards of hospitality and teamwork during service hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a restaurant position.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
• Be able to learn menu including food, beverage, and wine; maintain knowledge of changes provided by management.
• Must be proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Take orders and enter them in the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean service areas and assist with clearing tables.
