Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Cook to enchant guests with unforgettable hospitality in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, and maintaining top-notch cleanliness to ensure sanitary work areas and high-quality meals.

You will work as part of a cohesive team, contribute to a positive guest experience, and uphold our culture of hospitality and efficiency in every service shift.

Responsibilities

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and create a positive guest experience.
• Prepare raw ingredients and follow strict recipes.
• Use proper portioning techniques.
• Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared.
• Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to keep the station clean and sanitized at all times.
