Job summary

83 Tavern is seeking a Bartender to deliver unmatched hospitality and craft thoughtful drink and food pairings. You will engage guests with a genuine, welcoming demeanor, suggest menu items, and build rapport to anticipate needs in a fast-paced setting.

As part of a cohesive team, you will keep the bar area spotless, respond to concerns, and contribute to memorable experiences that keep guests returning for more. Great attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Understand our Guest Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions.
• Build a friendly rapport with guests and ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and anticipating guest needs.
• Maintain a spotlessly clean and sanitary bar area, including bar stools, high tops, and surrounding floors.
